Meeting with LMGR at a point where their goal was to reach out to new markets and clients across their central business office in London, United Kingdom.
Our first task was to have a detailed understanding of Cs global’s service and how it’s different from the other businesses we have worked with in the past, Also being the first CIB business we will be working on, we took the time to fully grasp what their industry looks like.
Going ahead we were faced with a significant hurdle, How do we work with a budget that’s 60% less than what’s the average spend on regular international media platforms with aim of reaching 4 distinctive markets with a combined total visibility above the normal platforms? To move ahead we had to do a 180-degree turn and ask ourselves the right questions one of which was what is the specific niche CS Global partners want to reach out to and what are the media platforms with the highest visibility in those markets?
In the words of Carl Jung “To ask the right question is already half the solution to a problem.” those questions lead our team into new alternative media market research across the different global markets with a long list of names, data and samples we were able to find the perfect fit that will 2x the ROI on the media spend.
Engaging us didn’t just seem to be the right thing to do for CS Global partners but with clear analytics reports we prove it to them and made them busy with business clients
